In Field 31 all Marks and Numbers of the shipment - independent of the number of customs positions – must be mentioned.
In case of only one position – fill in Tariff-Number in Field 33.
In case of several positions – enclose a liste A4 (3 copies or a Computer-List) and add in Field 31 according to List. Leave Field 33 empty.
Total Gross Weight in Field 35.
Per ED only goods to one country of destination.
